30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Contact us at support@carebridge-6.polsia.app to initiate a return — we'll send you a prepaid label.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. The amount will appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
What Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene reasons, opened or used personal health products (thermometers, nebulizers, etc.) cannot be returned unless defective. If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us — we'll sort it out immediately, no questions asked.
